What data we collect and why

We only collect data you give us, and for three separate purposes:

  • Contact form. Your name, your email address and the content of your message, to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a quotation.
  • Call booking. Your name, email, phone number, the subject you give us and the time you pick, so we can call you then and confirm the appointment by email.
  • Reviews by invitation. If you are a client and we invite you to review our work, what you write along with the name or company you choose to display and, if you upload one, your picture.

We do not use your data to send you marketing and we do not sell it to anyone.

Legal basis

Contacting us, booking a call and publishing your review are based on your explicit consent, given when you tick the relevant checkbox, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing; withdrawing it means, for example, that we stop publishing your review.

Should we go on to work together, the data needed for the contract and for invoicing is also processed on the basis of performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)), which is what requires us to keep invoices even if you ask us to delete everything else.

Recipients

We do not sell or share your data for commercial purposes. Two providers are involved, both acting as data processors:

  • OVH Hispano S.L.U. provides web hosting and email, under a signed contract and with servers located within the European Union.
  • Google Ireland Limited. If you book a call, the appointment is written to our Google calendar so it cannot clash with another. What travels there is your name, the subject you gave us and the date and time; your email and phone number do not. That service may involve international transfers, covered by the safeguards Google declares for the European Economic Area.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and, should we go on to work together, for the periods required by tax and commercial legislation. If your enquiry does not lead to a project, we delete it after one year.

Appointments are kept as calendar history. Reviews stay published until you ask us to take them down; when you do, they stop being shown and the name and picture are deleted, but we keep the text of the consent you accepted and its date, which is the proof that it was published with permission at the time.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to , stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe your request has not been handled correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) (www.aepd.es).

Security

Communication with this site is encrypted via HTTPS, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access to your data.
