What data we collect and why

Through the contact form we collect your name, your email address and the content of your message. The sole purpose is to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation. We do not use your data to send you marketing, nor do we share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent, given when you tick the checkbox on the form, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

Recipients

Your data is not shared with third parties. Email and web hosting are provided by OVH Hispano S.L.U., which acts as data processor under a signed contract, with servers located within the European Union.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and, should we go on to work together, for the periods required by tax and commercial legislation. If your enquiry does not lead to a project, we delete it after one year.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contacto@islab.es, stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe your request has not been handled correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) (www.aepd.es).

Communication with this site is encrypted via HTTPS, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access to your data.
